When my faith in mankind begins to waiver I need only look around me to be reassured: My faith is renewed in the fact that People Basically Suck! If all else fails in this life, we can rest assured that people will take the opportunity to screw over their friends, family, neighbors, and complete strangers with impunity if the opportunity presents itself. People are greedy. Greed sucks. Ergo, people suck.
This satirical documentary blog is dedicated to this one constant in life. I will share my own experiences - and my own misdeeds - and my observations of these kinds of acts. I will attempt to force levity to the surface of my rage in my posts here.
And to be clear, I don't negate the reality of the occasional random acts of kindness nor of the precious few of our fellow man who, from all appearances, have escaped the aberrant behavior inspired by greed and callousness. But I would lay odds that even these few have had their own experiences with the evil within.
